The following is a chronological listing
of legislation of the Town of Greece adopted since the 2003 republication
of the Code, including legislation reviewed in conjunction with the
2009 republication of the Code, indicating its inclusion in the Code
or the reason for its exclusion. [Enabling legislation which is not
general and permanent in nature is considered to be non-Code material
(NCM).] The 2009 republication of the Code included the review and
incorporation of Local Law No. 3-2005 through Local Law No. 1-2009. |
